When Tatay Cooks (Trailer)
Would love to hear from you! Send me a message.
Here’s a short of a short story by Yakob, my youngest about how he appreciates his tatay's cooking.
It’s my birthday today, but I honor Tatay Tot and all the busy hands who withstand the heat in the kitchen just so our tummies and hearts are full.
When Tatay cooks, our world transforms into low-lying clouds, big spoons and forks, plants and pets who long to all be a part of his kitchen. Thank you, Tatay, for being so generous in nourishing me, birthday or not!
